Heat Shrink Machine

The barrel mouth steam heat shrink machine is a device specially designed for heat shrink film packaging of barrel-shaped container mouths. It is widely used in the field of liquid packaging. Its core function is to use steam heating to make the heat shrink film tightly wrap the barrel mouth to achieve sealing, moisture-proof, and anti-pollution effects.          

1. Uniqueness of steam heating
Different from electric heating (local high temperature and easy overheating) and hot air heating (uneven temperature), steam heating has constant temperature (around 100℃, suitable for most heat shrink film materials) and uniform heat diffusion, which can make the heat shrink film evenly heated from the inside to the outside, avoiding local wrinkles, ruptures or incomplete shrinkage, especially suitable for packaging with irregular edges such as barrel mouth.
2. Energy saving and environmental protection
Steam heating uses the phase change of water to release heat, and its thermal efficiency is higher than that of traditional electric heating equipment; some equipment adopts steam recovery or recycling design to reduce energy waste; at the same time, compared with fuel heating, steam heating has no exhaust gas emissions and is more in line with environmental protection requirements.

 

Bottled water industry: The barrel mouth of 5-gallon and 18.9L bottled water is sealed by wrapping the joint between the barrel mouth and the lid with heat shrink film to prevent dust and microbial contamination during transportation, and at the same time play an anti-counterfeiting role of "unopened".
Chemical barrel field: Used for sealing the mouth of chemical barrels such as paints and adhesives to prevent leakage of volatile substances in the barrel, and protect the barrel mouth thread from corrosion.
Food-grade barrel packaging: Edible oil barrels, sauce barrels, etc., use heat shrink film to achieve barrel mouth hygiene protection, which meets the safety standards of food packaging.
