Semi-automatic wide-mouth bottle blowing machines usually use the blow molding process. First, the heated preform is placed in the mold, and then the preform is inflated by compressed air to make it close to the inner wall of the mold to form the shape of a wide-mouth bottle. It adopts a double-axis crank arm clamping, which is stable and fast to use. It uses a far-infrared rotary oven for uniform heating. The air circuit system is divided into two parts: action and blowing, to meet the needs of action and blowing without air pressure, and can provide stable high pressure to blow large-volume bottles of different sexes. In particular, low-pressure locking protects the mold, and high-pressure blowing ensures product molding to meet the needs of blowing various bottles
The sealing and placing rods are designed with double cylinders, which are combined into one, and the left and right are in a group, without interfering with each other. The placing rod adopts stepless adjustment, which is conducive to product molding and ensures product quality.
There are two operation modes: manual and automatic.
The infrared heater is equipped with a special water cooling and air cooling device to ensure that the bottle mouth is not deformed due to heat. This device is made of special aluminum profiles, has no rust and leakage, and is easy to use.
